Lemon Spritz
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Abstinence Lemon Aperitif6 oz Soda Water (Can be substituted with Tonic or sparkling wine)Lemon Peel
METHOD:
Pour Abstinence Lemon Aperitif over ice in a gin goblet or wine glass. Top with soda and garnish with fresh lemon peel.
Floral Cooler
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Abstinence Cape Floral1 oz Abstinence Lemon Aperitif6 oz SodaLemon twist
METHOD:
Combine Cape Floral & Lemon Aperitif in a tall collins glass. Add ice and top with soda. Garnish with lemon twist.
Blueberry Cooler
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Abstinence Cape Spice1 oz Abstinence Lemon Aperitif1 oz Blueberry JuiceClub SodaSprig of Thyme
METHOD:
Add Cape Spice, Lemon Aperitif, and blueberry juice in a collins glass with ice. Fill glass with soda and garnish with a sprig of thyme.

Tasting Notes
Blood orange citrus notes with infusions of natural botanicals. A palate of African wormwood, chinchona bark and clove with a bittersweet finish. Vibrant citrus forward notes with a dominant lemon backbone, supported by an infusion of natural botanicals and a faint bitterness from the wormwood and quinine. Zesty, spicy and aromatic with a palate of orange, lemon and grapefruit and a satisfying citrus forward aftertaste. A fragrant rose geranium aroma and juniper nose. Delicate herbal and citrus notes with a full mouth feel. An aromatic complex marriage of oral notes and warm spice. Botanical notes of allspice, cassia, cardamom, coriander, clove, citrus peel and honeybush. Faintly smoky and honeyed with lingering warm spice. Sweet notes of caramel and toasted wood with a slight burn in the aftertaste.
