Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned
A muddle free version of this festive classic that leaves your head less muddled too!
Ingredients
3 oz The Spirit of Bourbon½ tsp bourbon barrel aged maple syrupDash of angostura bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and half fill with iceStir until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass with one large cubeExpress oil of orange peel over the drink and drop in a cherry
Whiskey Smash
Dangerously drinkable and very similar to a mint julep, just no fancy tins or silly hats, just a very crushable cocktail that won’t crush you!!
Ingredients
2 ½ oz of The Spirit of Bourbon¼ oz of simple syrup2 dashes orange bitters2 lemon wheels2 large mint sprigsCrushed ice
Method
In a rocks glass, gently muddle mint with simple syrup to release the oils.Add lemon wheels and muddle to release juice.Add crushed ice or small cubes, add 2 dashes of bitters and pour bourbon over.Swizzle gently to mix.Garnish with a mint sprig and more lemon.
Bourbon Shakerato

Ingredients
3 oz The Spirit of Bourbon1 1⁄2 oz espresso1 tbs sweetened condensed milk1 1⁄2 tsp simple syrup2 dashes of chocolate bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to an iced shaker and shake brieflyStrain over ice in a latte glassGarnish with whipped cream and coffee beans
