- 1 large skillet preferably nonstick

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 flour tortillas large
- 2 TBSP butter softened
- 1 TSP taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken breast with taco seasoning.1 cup cooked chicken breast, 1 TSP taco seasoning
- Lay one flour tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over it. Add the seasoned chicken evenly, then top with the remaining cheese and the second tortilla.1 cup cooked chicken breast, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 flour tortillas
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Carefully transfer the quesadilla into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.2 flour tortillas, 2 TBSP butter
