fresh, drained

Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer the balsamic vinegar until reduced by half and slightly syrupy.
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Spread the halved cherry tomatoes across the serving platter.
2 cup cherry tomatoes
Gently tear the burrata cheese and place over the tomatoes.
8 oz burrata cheese
Tuck fresh basil leaves around the burrata and tomatoes.
1 cup fresh basil leaves
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic reduction over the platter. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Serve immediately with toasted bread if desired.
Notes
