Transfer sandwiches to the hot skillet. Cook 3–5 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden and cheese is melted.
For extra meltiness, transfer sandwiches to a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
Remove, let cool slightly, cut in half, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
