Instructions
Halve and seed the avocados, rub the cut sides with lime juice, and sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
4 whole avocados, 1 medium lime, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
In a small bowl, combine sour cream with two teaspoons of hot sauce until smooth.
1/4 cup sour cream, 3 teaspoons hot sauce
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season with remaining kosher salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
Stir in scallions, chili powder, and remaining hot sauce into the cooked turkey; cook for another minute.
2 medium scallions, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 3 teaspoons hot sauce
Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro for a burst of freshness.
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Spoon the spiced turkey mixture into each avocado half, drizzle with the lime sauce, and garnish with more fresh cilantro. Serve with remaining lime wedges.
